Do you have an online portal that gives me instant access to transaction and billing details?
Yes, we do! Please reach out to us if you haven't already received access to your online portal. With the online portal, you can generate detailed transaction reports, scroll through your past and current statements, and more.
How long are my rates and fees guaranteed not to change?
At Polaris Payments, we don't directly increase your rates – although we've seen other card processing companies increase theirs on a regular basis. The the major card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) do raise their rates from time to time.
After I settle my batch, when will I see my deposits in my bank account?
Depending on the time of settlement, you may receive funds next-day or within two business days. There are options to decrease the funding time for your business, and we're happy to share these options with you!
Are fees debited daily or at the end of the month?
We can schedule these in a way that works best for your business! Fees are typically debited in one of two ways – Monthly: Fees are debited the first business day of the month. If there is a batch being funded on the same day, there will be one deposit for the difference. Daily: A portion of the fees are deducted from each batch.
If I have a problem settling my daily transactions, can you recover my transactions remotely?
